Aero Component Systems Co., Ltd.
Aero Component Systems Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D and production of surface treatment for aero-engine and gas turbine hot-section components (i.e., blade cleaning and coating services); repair and supply of spare parts; R&D, manufacturing and sales of professional coating and cleaning equipment (CVD, EB-PVD, and FIC).
Aero Components operates a production base and a joint laboratory, covering a total of 20,000 square meters. The company employs about 100 people, of whom around 80 are engineers and technical specialists dedicated to coating, repair and equipment development. This scale supports an annual capacity of 30,000 hot-section components for coating and repair, backed by 11 independent intellectual property rights.
The company possesses full capabilities across three core areas: coating materials, processes, and coating and cleaning equipment, which enables end-to-end control of delivery lead-time, consistent high quality, and production costs.
